How the Model Works

We offer multiple plans based on your production level — each is a 100% commission model with flat monthly fees ranging from $30–$300/month and an annual cap on residential transactions. Once you hit the cap, you pay nothing more for the rest of the year on residential deals.

The less you pay in splits, the more you have to invest in your own marketing, leads, and growth.

Commercial and raw land transactions use a co-brokerage split model. Rental and listing fees are flat per transaction. External referral processing fees are fixed.
